Report a specification or source problem
Send a specification correction with the product-page link and the manufacturer part number or model reference. Tell us which value looks wrong and what it should say. An official product page, manual or other direct source helps us check the same configuration.
For a broken supplier link, include the Prebuilts product page and the supplier you selected. Please mention if the destination changes the selected hardware, opens an unavailable page or shows a different product.
We check reports against the relevant configuration before changing the catalog. A report does not automatically change a specification, and a manufacturer or retailer request does not override conflicting evidence. Our correction process explains how verified changes are handled.
Privacy and content questions
For a privacy request, describe what you want us to review, correct or delete. Send only the information needed to identify your request. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, tax identifiers or identity documents unless a specific need has been explained through a suitable process.
For a content or image inquiry, identify the page, the material in question and your relationship to it. Include a link to the original work when available.
Orders and product support
For an order status, return, warranty claim or payment problem, contact the retailer or manufacturer that handled your purchase. Prebuilts cannot access supplier accounts, change orders or process refunds.
