Product information follows the evidence. Purchase recommendations follow the buyer's requirements.

Specifications are not for sale

Our published specifications depend on sources matched to the configuration. A supplier relationship does not establish a hardware fact, resolve a conflicting specification or excuse an unsupported claim. Manufacturers and retailers can report errors through the same correction process as any reader.

Catalog inclusion does not certify a product's quality or guarantee a positive recommendation. The available evidence determines which specifications, tests and limitations we can show.

How purchasing options are ordered

We first check whether a purchase route matches the configuration, market, condition and any required procurement support. Suitable routes are ordered using buyer preferences and available evidence about price, seller identity, availability, verification age and purchase restrictions. Where a comparison input is unavailable, it stays unknown.

Affiliate enrollment, commission rates and expected earnings are excluded from that order. A useful ordinary supplier route does not disappear because a supplier has no affiliate program. If compensated links are introduced, they may be applied only to an otherwise valid route under the relevant program's rules.

Research and review attribution

Linked reviews belong to their original publishers. We distinguish a reviewer's comments from measured results and identify another configuration's results when they are used for context. A source's own sponsorship or sample disclosure is separate from Prebuilts' relationship with a merchant.

We do not turn a review score into a Prebuilts hands-on rating. The presence of a retailer link or a video does not establish an endorsement by its publisher. Our benchmark methodology explains the matching limits.

Commercial disclosures and questions

The affiliate disclosure states the current status of compensated links. Any paid placement or other material relationship introduced on the site must be identified where readers encounter the affected content.

If you think a commercial relationship has influenced a specification or purchasing recommendation, contact us with the page and the concern. We can check the source information and route selection that produced it.
